Protection and High-quality Finish

For many of our customers, powder coating is an essential part of their manufacture process, providing both elemental protection and a high-quality aesthetic finish. ALICO offers a diverse selection of powder coating colors. We conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all powder coating services are carried out to customer specifications and only use powders supplied by recognized manufacturers. Conforming with the rest of our facility are maintained throughout the metal powder-coating process. 

We continually invest in advanced equipment and staff training to ensure that our processes deliver to customer requirements and standard.  

We offer contract-cutting services on our state-of-the-art Laser cutting machine capable to cut up to 15mm Mild Steel, 8mm Stainless Steel, and 6mm Aluminum. Laser cutting gives a smooth finish and usually does not require any secondary machining of the cut parts. High accuracy of cut with tolerance of up to +/- 0.05mm can be achieved.

Machining is the process of removing metal from any kind of material. This improves the quality of the material used to manufacture any object. Punching is the process of making holes on the metal sheets. Welding techniques are used to join two metals pieces during manufacturing process.
